Property Armor Inspections Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

  • Property Armor Inspections (“PAI”) provides home inspection services as outlined in our inspection agreement and adheres to the standards of practice of InterNACHI® (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors).
  • Inspections are visual and non-invasive. We will not dismantle, move, or uncover concealed systems or components.
  • Our reports describe the observed condition of the property at the time of inspection. We cannot predict future performance or guarantee against latent defects.

2. Payment & Scheduling

  • Payment is due in full before the inspection begins.
  • We accept cash, check, or credit card.
  • Inspections are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled inspection will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the inspection will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

4. Limitations of Liability

  • PAI’s liability is limited to the cost of the inspection. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our inspection reports are for the exclusive use of the client. Distribution to third parties requires our written consent.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are encouraged to attend the inspection.
  • Clients must provide safe and unobstructed access to all areas of the property for inspection. We are not responsible for inspecting inaccessible or unsafe areas.

6. Disputes

  • Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the parties agree to binding arbitration in Ada County, Idaho.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.

8. Severability

  • If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be struck from the Terms & Conditions and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. Changes to Terms

  • PAI reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
